People Love Our Food!
This food truck blew me away, no exaggeration. Every single bite was packed with flavor, and honestly, I'm mad I finish it all in one sitting and had no left overs. That's how good it was. Halal tacos are a rare gem in Portland, but these folks made it happen, and they did not miss. We went all in: combo plate, tacos, loaded fries...and not one thing disappointed. Everything was cooked with care, seasoned perfectly, and genuinely addictive. Your actually missing out if you don't try there beef tacos and loaded fries. This place needs to expand to other locations because of how good it is. I also got to meet the owner and he was the kindest and most thoughtful person. He helped us pick out our food and was very patient. Not only that, I got to look inside the food cart and it was extremely clean. There was no mess and I saw with my own eyes how fresh everything was. If you're looking for bold, flavorful halal food that goes above and beyond, this truck is the one. No notes, just go.

Yelp Review
When this place first opened, I would have given it 5++ stars. We have gone back over ten times now. Unfortunately the portions have shrunk, the taste has slightly slipped, and the prices have gone up. They also started putting sauce cups in the food box itself, which I don't like. The first few times I went, they were just in the bag. I am all for people paying their bills but at this point it's about to cross over into almost not worth it. The last time we went, my chicken Karahi bowl box was less than 50% full. I'm hoping this was a fluke, but I'm not betting on it considering the overall trend. The time before, I hardly had any chicken. Another thing they changed was the tacos. When they first opened, they were made with their very delicious naan. Now they serve them with a more generic tortilla. What was unique and delicious became kinda whatever. Bring back the naan! I hope that given the 3 dollar price increase on the bowl, they increase the portion of the rice bowls back to normal adult portions. Oh and let me clarify, I am talking about prices on DoorDash. They may very well be the same as they were at the cart itself.

Yelp Review
Food was really good! I got a rice bowl and their pink drink ◡̈ They give good portions, but I’d ask for an extra sauce next time. Overall, they have yummy food and an interesting menu with the Mexican-Pakistan fusion items! Also, Ricardo provided fast and friendly service!

I definitely wanted to hit as many food trucks as I could while in portland, because I heard such great things. I grew up in NY so halal trucks are everywhere, but this was no ordinary halal truck. It's like a mexican, middle eastern fusion of flavors. So delicious. I tried the chicken tacos which came with a cucumber tomato salad and dip. The Chicken Karaki bowl was so good too -- this is the halal I wanted in NY.

People say this restaurant serves delicious beef tacos, burritos, chicken karahi tacos, and chicken rice bowls. They also highlight the rich and flavorful nihari, and the refreshing pineapple drink.

I've now become somewhat of a regular here, the Beef Nihari bowl is delicious, their burrito wraps have a lovely bread and the photos don't do justice. The staff is very friendly, and service is always quick at this location. If you'd prefer to dine before heading home they also have a cute and cozy option for that, with the beautiful and well lit gazebo out front.
